If SentinelAC doesn't work on your server, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
What counts
The plugin fails to load on a supported server (Paper 1.21 or a fork, Java 21), or a check keeps flagging legit players and we can't fix it with you.
After a refund
Your license key stops working and the server disappears from your dashboard.
